Position Description

We are looking for a SaaS Implementation Manager to join our growing PAR Retail team. This role will oversee the implementation and rollout of PAR Retail’s platform to fuel and convenience brands nationwide. You will work collaboratively across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, 3rd parties and our customers to ensure high-quality on-time delivery of programs in support of driving business outcomes for PAR Retail’s Customers.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or customer success roles.
• Technical proficiency with SaaS platforms and an understanding of software deployment processes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Familiarity with loyalty programs, CRM systems, or related technologies is a plus.
• Experience using project management tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
• A results-oriented, collaborative team player who is motivated by solving complex business challenges with technology.
  
  

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

• Lead the implementation of our loyalty and payments platform for enterprise clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from onboarding to go-live.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Engineering, and Delivery teams to define requirements and address client-specific needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines, addressing risks, issues, and dependencies to meet client deadlines.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any implementation challenges, escalating where necessary.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline implementation processes, working closely with the Director of Software Implementation.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Analyze feedback and results post-implementation to drive continuous improvement and optimize future rollouts.
