What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in Node.js/Typescript, PostgreSQL.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Excellent teamwork skills, coupled with an ownership mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js (Typescript) and database management (PostgreSQL). Ruby and/or Python is a plus.
- 3 years of backend development (with distributed systems and microservices) experience.
- Proficiency with GraphQL, TypeORM, and Nest.js.
- Experience working with APIs, especially proprietary hardware or device integrations is a plus.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills across software and hardware domains.
- Ability to self-organize and manage tasks in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Manage and resolve customer support tickets spanning Node.js, Ruby, PostgreSQL, and proprietary hardware APIs.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues across software and hardware integrations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address escalated or complex problems.
- Document solutions, best practices, and recurring issues to enhance the knowledge base.
- Ensure timely responses and resolution of tickets in line with SLAs.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand and address their needs.
