Le Shrimp Noodle Bar is one of the brands under Paradise Group. Paradise Group houses a total of 11 culinary concepts across 9 countries, serving customers at close to 50 restaurants in Singapore and more than 60 restaurants worldwide.
We are looking for a manager to ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently for our Glendale location.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee restaurant operations and ensure a smooth flow.
- Maintain a positive restaurant culture.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer and employee concerns/complaints.
- Create work schedules that align with the restaurant’s needs.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations. Ensure standards of conduct and professionalism among staff members.
- Train new employees to help them meet the restaurant’s expectations.
- Interact with diners and build positive rapport with different types of people.
- Manage and store vendors’ contracts and invoices.
- Coordinate communication between the FOH and BOH staff.
- Supervise kitchen and waitstaff; provide assistance as needed.
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
- Keep detailed records of daily, weekly, and monthly costs and revenues.
- Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or similar role exceeding 2 years.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Experience in Asian Fusion as a cuisine concept.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software such as OpenTable and BLogic.
- Excellent communication, team management, leadership, reporting and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Acquirement and maintenance of ABC-RBS certification.
- Availability to work within opening hours (e.g., evenings, weekends, and holidays).
