Position Summary:
This full-time customer support position answers incoming service related inquiries from customers while also providing support to our technicians in the field.
Primary Duties Include (but not limited to):
- Manage large amounts of incoming/outgoing calls from customers looking for service on their hot tubs and swim spas
- Schedule water care and/or service requests
- Manage complaints and resolve customer grievances for service-related issues, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Provide support to field technicians in regard to scheduling and other customer related issues
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file
- documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Meet personal/customer service team sales and service goals
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications: our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Three to five years’ of proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Minimum of two years experience with Salesforce
- Solid communication skills – both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, friendly ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers and their needs
- Strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills
- Ability to de-escalate and provide service recovery
- Ability to work well independently as well as with a team
- Technically proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook); comfortable learning new systems
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule:
- 40 Hours - Monday - Friday 8:30am – 5pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
