Paragon Equities is seeking a Property Manager Assistant/ Receptionist to join our team.

Working under the direction of the Property Manager, these duties are included but are not limited to the following:

• Answer incoming calls, screen and direct calls accordingly.
• Receive and sort incoming mail and distribute to staff
• Conduct general administrative and clerical support to the Property Manager
• Assist with handling incoming maintenance calls and follow up on maintenance calls to vendors and tenants
• Receives and takes action on all complaints and services from tenants
• Timely and accurate filing of paperwork
• Assists in rent collections, including following up on delinquencies, preparation of 3 Day Notices
• Acts as liason between the property manager and tenants when the Property Manager is not available
• Coordinate marketing efforts as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

• Real Estate License
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Yardi
• Ability to prioritize workload
• Strong customer service/tenant relations skills
• Strong communication skills
• Must have own transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
