CAN PROVIDE EXAMPLES OF PROVEN, SUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING KEY AREAS:
- Thinking about the customer perspective first in all business matters and balancing the interests of multiple internal and external parties.
- Proactively reaching out to customers and prospects to ask for sales opportunities.
- Providing an exceptional business to business client service experience.
- Resolving product or service inquiries by clarifying the customer's requirements; submitting service Cases via established process; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the inquiry; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution within a fast-paced business environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Distribution Experience preferred.
