Facility Maintenance Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Job Summary
Oversees and performs the maintenance and repair of Parents & Friends, Inc. facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and other systems. Manages a fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and tracking service records. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all employees, coordinating with contractors and vendors as needed to complete maintenance and repair projects. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of all maintenance and repair work. Serve as the safety chair for the organization.
Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of all maintenance and repair work
- Develop and manage a budget for facility and fleet maintenance and repair
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all employees
- Manage a fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and tracking service records
- Oversee and perform maintenance and repair of Parents & Friends, Inc.'s facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems
- Perform basic repairs and installations as needed, including fixtures, equipment, and other projects
- Perform landscaping tasks
- Perform regular inspections of facilities and vehicles to identify any maintenance needs
- Serve as the safety chair for the organization
- Other Duties as Assigned
Job Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in facility maintenance and/or skilled trades work
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- California driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience using hand and power tools, as well as basic repair and installation skills
- Experience managing a fleet of vehicles is a plus
- Experience in carpentry and related fields is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
