Must have the following to apply:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Knowledge of food production process, sanitization, and quality program
- Knowledge on food producing techniques, food microbiology, and food sanitary safety practice/procedure

Preparation:
- Measure and mix ingredients for bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods following company recipes
- Ensure doughs and batters are prepared to required standards
- Prepare fillings, frostings, and toppings as needed
Baking:
- Operate ovens, mixers, and other baking equipment
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure products are baked accordingly
- Adjust settings as necessary based on product and equipment specifications
Quality Control:
- Ensure all baked goods meet presentation and quality standards
- Taste-test products to maintain flavor and consistency
Inventory Management:
- Check and restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Record daily usage and waste for inventory tracking
Hygiene and Cleanliness:
- Clean workstations, tools, and equipment after each shift
- Comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaboration:
- Communicate with team members to ensure production flow in compliance with standards/values
- Coordinate with the store team for timely product replenishment
- Responsible for frying donuts, placing toppings, and decorating needed pastries and bread
- Carrying out operations and productions that take place in the kitchen
- Baking recipes and preparing all desserts
- General Oven Duties (Checking dough conditioner)
- Preparing all needed materials and ingredients
- Responsible for scaling and shaping of all breads, loaves, and pastries
- Sanitization procedures, maintaining overall cleanliness of work station and kitchen
- General knowledge of production methods and organization of bread production
- Ability to prioritize and finish all tasks assigned for the daily baking
- Ensuring work place is safe for all employees and guests
- Receive, stock, and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized manner
- Inform supervisors when equipment is not working properly and manage when food supplies are getting low
- Complete various reports for records such as production, usage, and waste
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
