Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the BOH environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position will also require light cleaning throughout the store.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, bowls and utensils
- Maintain cleanliness of the store by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash as needed
- Assist with making boxes
- Follow health regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the manager
Qualifications
- Dependable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as required by the job duties.
