Mortgage Loan Processor

Park Place Finance, LLC is a premier nationwide private lender based in downtown Austin, specializing in residential investment property fix & flips, ground up construction, and DSCR loans. We are looking for a detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in processing DSCR loans and will oversee the loan process from application to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review mortgage loan applications and collect necessary documentation from borrowers.
• Assess borrowers' credit history and financial statements to determine loan eligibility.
• Collaborate with underwriters and loan officers to ensure timely loan processing.
• Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and organized loan files.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage loan processing.
• Strong understanding of loan processing procedures and regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and loan processing software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
