What Does a Valet Parking Attendant Do?
Valets are the first point of contact for guests, creating a memorable first impression. They provide outstanding customer service, safely park and retrieve vehicles, and assist guests with luggage and directions.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile
✔ Open doors, assist with luggage, and provide information about amenities
✔ Park and retrieve vehicles quickly and safely
✔ Follow company safety and security procedures
✔ Maintain clear communication with team members and hotel staff
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Must be at least 18 years old
✔ Valid driver’s license (must pass an MVR check)
✔ Customer service experience preferred
✔ Ability to run and retrieve vehicles multiple times per shift
✔ Able to lift up to 50 lbs. (assist with luggage)
✔ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
✔ Bonus: Ability to drive a manual (stick-shift) vehicle preferred, but not required
