Hours/Week: 40

Days: The schedule is generally Monday through Friday with weekend hours approximately every month and a half. Weekend shifts can be worked remotely from the comfort of your home.

This position is on the Intake team within our Referral Center. A typical day can include coordinating with liaisons to facilitate transition to HHC; completing the intake registration for new referrals; and communicating with referral sources. If you are someone who works well independently, has excellent customer service and communication skills, and enjoys working with a team that is supportive, fun-loving, and excellence-driven, then this may be the team for you.

Education:

Associate's degree in Business or health care related field preferred.

Experience:

Two or more years’ experience in a medical office or home health and hospice agency preferred. Strong customer service experience is a plus.
