The big task :
Full Time positions consist of weekdays and weekends. We are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. seven days a week. Shifts will vary.
- You will assist the dispatch team as needed.
- You will evaluate customer calls and match the right technician for every job.
- Update customers on their service appointments throughout the day.
- Perform follow-up "happy calls" to ensure satisfactory service.
- IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
- Experience in call center / dispatching and / or heavy customer service jobs.
