Roles & Responsibilities:
The Retail Lead is responsible for managing operations of one or more retail locations including training, accountability, visual merchandising, inventory controls, cashier duties and quality controls. Also assists with ancillary revenue activities related to rentals and food and beverage, as needed.

1 years of previous retail, point of sale, and/or supervisor experience is desired.
Language: Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:
The Retail Lead is responsible for managing operations of one or more retail locations including training, accountability, visual merchandising, inventory controls, cashier duties and quality controls. Also assists with ancillary revenue activities related to rentals and food and beverage, as needed.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet all Guests as they enter retail locations
- Always greets guests with a smile
- Perform opening and closing procedures of assigned unit(s) including daily cleanup.
- Manage inventory levels by completing daily stocking of all gift shops, checking orders, and moving inventory from other shops
- Ensure a variety of items are available for guests to purchase and that store shelves are fully stocked
- Proactively communicate inventory needs to Retail Manager before items are sold out
- Collaborate with Retail Manager to merchandise stores and improve product sales
- Trains Team Members on all policies and procedures of assigned units.
- Manages Team Member activities ensuring all break and labor guidelines are followed.
- Ensure employees are adhering to departmental and company policies (theft of merchandise/counterfeit training/etc.)
- Assists with team scheduling.
- Assists with timekeeping for hourly team members.
- Monitors cashier activities.
- Ensure merchandise is well stocked and organized
- Maximize unit visual merchandising standards.
- Leads team in Guest Service interactions and friendliness standards.
- Maintains cleanliness of store areas including exteriors.
- Manages inventory, focusing on stock par levels, shrink and waste controls.
- Oversees ancillary duties related to lockers, speedy pass and water park rentals.
- Follows appropriate food and beverage guidelines related to Sweet Shoppe operations when required.
- Be on alert for possible theft
- Notifies supervisors or managers when supplies are running low such as printer paper, ink pens, trash bags, shopping bags, etc.
- Reports maintenance or safety concerns to a supervisor or manager in a timely manner
- Promptly notifies the security team or the operator of team member and guest injuries or emergencies
- All others as assigned by retail or park leadership
