Your Mission

You’ll take full ownership of our custom home-building projects, ensuring they’re delivered with precision, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires laser focus, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to inspire and manage contractors effectively.

You will start as an  On-Site Project Manager  and, through your determination and results, position yourself for advancement into senior leadership roles. If you’re the best, you’ll rise to the top.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead from the Front :  Oversee contractors to ensure top-quality construction for custom-designed homes.
  • Own the Schedule :  Drive efficiency by managing a detailed construction schedule with precision and urgency.
  • Demand Excellence :  Train, inspect, and coach contractors to deliver results that exceed expectations.
  • Engage Customers :  Deliver an unparalleled custom home-building experience through direct communication with homeowners.
  • Drive Success :  Visit multiple job sites daily to ensure every aspect of construction is running smoothly and on time.

  • Top-Tier Compensation :  $100,000 - $160,000 based on experience and performance.
  • Company Truck :  After 60 days, we’ll provide you with a fully equipped company vehicle, including gas and maintenance.

  • Time Off :  Two weeks of paid time off, plus 8-9 paid holidays annually.

    Pay : $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
