Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Software Engineer to join our team to provide the United States Marine Corps advanced Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) capabilities! In this role you will provide full lifecycle software development in a team environment. In this position you will support all aspects of the system development lifecycle to include software design, development and test while working collaboratively with the engineering team to ensure high-quality software product delivery.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Develop guidelines to analyze, design, develop, and test computer software required to support hardware or technical service products.
- Review system architecture, and select and implement appropriate development and support tools to ensure product performance, as well as test and debug related software. Focus on providing our customers expertise to leverage their existing software and create new capabilities.
- Provide technical oversight and risk assessment while building new software or modifying existing software.
- Design product upgrades and improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure it is up-to-date.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to promote engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with product development, QA, and other teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Salary Range : $96,400.00 - $168,700.00
