We've got what you're looking for. Job Description: Position : Senior Director, Intelligence Strategic Capture Lead Locations: Parsons sites in Washington DC Metro Area (VA, MD). The successful candidates will be assigned an office with opportunity to flex work location dependent on team needs and work classification. Job Description: Our High Consequence Missions (HCM) Sector spans Cyber Warfare (cyber platforms, VR/RE, tools development, offensive/defensive cyber operations), Spectrum Dominance (EW and RF/SIGINT, to include passive & active), Intelligence and Information Operations, and National Solutions. Applicants are expected to understand business negotiations, recognize, and act upon opportunities to promote the Company's expertise, and have demonstrated successful past performance. Reports to the SVP for Growth, working closely with the HCM Growth, Business, and Technical Leads, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving Intelligence and Information Operations (I&IO) account growth. The candidate will own the multi-year vision and strategy to develop the I&IO account, with a specific focus on the driving growth within the Intelligence Community (IC). This candidate must have a deep understanding of IC customers and missions, with the ability to identify and develop integrated solutions to drive impact and overall growth. The position will be measured on impact to the IC customer and mission, impact to the HCM strategic roadmap, and impact to the overall business plan (awards, revenue, and growth). This candidate will be expected to lead capture teams in the identification, qualification, pursuit, proposal development, conversion, and follow-through of new business opportunities within this account. Overall success will be continued year-over-year account growth and alignment with Defense & Intelligence (D&I) strategy. This candidate will gather and disseminate customer and competitor intelligence to key stakeholders. The position requires the ability to work vertically and horizontally across organizational boundaries, provide leadership/mentorship and guidance to operational organizations and interface with technical, financial, and contracts support personnel. Specifics Responsibilities: * This position drives new business opportunity growth pursuits and recommends winning new business acquisition phases through to closure.
* Have a strong network of customer and industry contacts and must be familiar with the DoD and Intelligence customer's major programs and upcoming initiatives.
* Demonstrate agile decision making and leadership, facilitating technical solutioning and strategy sessions across HCM service offerings, to include aligning Information Operations, Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, C2, and OCO/DCO capabilities.
* Keeps abreast of the current business climate and overall IO, Cyber, and EW trends.
* Executes long-term business and marketing strategies.
* Provides leadership and guidance to capture team from inception to completion. Oversees the development of the pricing structure, as well as other contract terms and conditions.
* Establishes and cultivates winning collaboration with senior business development and P&L leadership as well as program, technical solution architects, finance, pricing, staffing, contracts and procurement.
* Translates detailed technical information into appropriate executive level briefings and info exchanges.
* Implements Parsons' Business Acquisition Process (BAP) and associated tools and methods.
* A persistent problem solver who exercises open and assertive communication with a tenacious drive to win.
* Must be able to estimate and manage pursuit and bid budgets effectively.
* Collaborates with solutions architects to develop technical and management solutions to include cross-sector and cross-business unit collaboration.
* Drives win strategy, teaming selection, staffing resource input, past performance, and relevant technologies.
* Develops win themes and discriminators. Coordinates with leadership on business risks, financial drivers, and drives continual improvement of final proposals.
* Aligns teaming agreements and subcontracting agreements to clearly define each party's responsibilities and working relationships.
* Engages leadership team in bid/no-bid gate reviews to ensure alignment following final request for proposal release and authorize use of pursuit resources.
* Conducts lessons learned with bid analysis for use in future pursuits.
* Includes recommended actions to improve process, roles and responsibilities, business development and strategy, and financial metrics. Requirement: * 15 years of diversified experience, primarily within the strategy planning, business development, and capture management with direct experience across the IC.
* Primary focus will be on the identifying and capturing opportunities within the IC, supporting the I&IO program directorate, as well as the broader HCM portfolio, while aligning with growth and execution goals/objectives of the D&I Business Unit.
* Experience in capture management, with a deep understanding of the DoD acquisition lifecycle
* A thorough understanding of proposal pricing, contract terminology, negotiations with potential clients, and the Company's policies and business objectives
* Strong written and oral communication skills, including excellent presentation skills.
* 4-year degree in Technical or Business (or equivalent); Advanced degree preferred
* US Citizenship is required.

* Must be willing and able to travel, as required, 10-20% with surges >30%.
