Location: Central Oregon
Schedule: Must offer a minimum of 5 after-hours shifts per month. A combination of days, nights, and weekends is available.
Travel: Local/regional travel by personal vehicle during the working day, centralized from the Bend office and extending throughout Central Oregon. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Compensation:

• Flat Rate Shift or Standby Pay of $15 per hour from 7 pm to 7 am.
• Base Pay-$40 to $58.67 (DOE) When called to provide patient care.
• Differentials-$2 for Weekend Shift and $5 for the Night Shift.
• Sign-on Bonus: $4,000 paid after 90 days of employment.

What You Get to Do:

• Assess patients and families to determine health needs.
• Coordinate patient care with RN Case Managers.
• Provide physical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Administer medications and comfort procedures.
• Educate patients and families on healthcare instructions.
• Communicate with physicians and the healthcare team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid Oregon RN License.
• Ability to pass a background test, drug screen, and TB test.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• One to two years of recent medical care experience in an institutional setting is preferred. Ideal candidates will possess 1-2 years of home health or hospice experience.
• Current automobile insurance is required. A valid Oregon driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Compassion, empathy, and dedication to patient care.
