Join Our Team as an Adoption Program Supervisor

In this role, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our adoption program, supervise a team of Adoption Case Management staff, and ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and program goals. Reporting to the Adoption Program Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in promoting timely and successful adoptions for children in need.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support program staff with individual and group supervision.
- Provide direct casework support during crises or staffing shortages.
- Ensure compliance with DCF contracts, COA standards, and legal requirements.
- Oversee timely and accurate completion of reports, documentation, and performance measures.
- Foster collaborative relationships with community partners, courts, and families.
- Develop and implement adoption transition plans and address adoption disruptions effectively.
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Two years in child protection or family services, with a focus on adoptions.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Certification: State of Florida Child Protection Certification and a valid driver’s license.

Salary Range: $55,313.78 to $58,000.00 annually
