Qualifications
Education/Certification:
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of general office equipment
- Must be able to work effectively and efficiently with many people
- Some experience working with school-aged children
- Assist the secretary and attendance clerk with inputting
- Assist the teacher(s) in preparing instructional materials
- Assist the teacher(s) in keeping administrative records and preparing required reports or inventories
- Assist with the distribution and collection of student textbooks and workbooks
- Assist with the preparation of bulletin board displays
- Perform other duties as may be assigned
