• Continuous training and development of team members, maximizing revenue opportunities, and cultivating a sales first environment that excels in providing memorable guest experiences through the delivery of Platinum Service.
• Willing to embrace incorporating digital marketing into their workflow to get more quality appointments.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that meet the company's goals, set objectives and track performance.
• Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel, both orally and in written form to previous, current and potential clients.
• Embrace a hybrid work environment, combining remote and on-site responsibilities to maintain flexibility and client engagement.

Compensation/Pay: 65,000 - 75,000
