Pathway Bank is seeking a Bank Teller to join our Burwell team and provide exceptional customer service to our customers. In this position, you will be the face of our institution as you interact with our customers daily. Your primary responsibilities will include processing financial transactions, providing information on our products and services, and promoting our bank's brand. The primary responsibilities of this position is to build relationships with new and existing customers, accurately and efficiently complete transactions, maintain and balance a cash drawer, and provide information to customers concerning the status and history of their accounts. This is a fast-paced position and requires an individual with strong customer service, communication, technology, and organization skills as well as the ability to multi-task.
Requirements:- Must pass a credit and background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
