In this position, you would be responsible for the following tasks:
- Updating and maintaining employee files and training records for all non-administrative employees.
- Performing training file audits.
- Processing employee terminations, including updating information in HRIS and conducting exit interviews.
- Performing monthly audits on expiration of driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance and connecting with employees to obtain updated documents.
- Running annual MVR checks each month per schedule.
- Executing 30-day, 60-day, and annual check-ins with new employees.
- Coordinating the annual performance review cycle process for all employees.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:
- One or more years of experience in a supporting role in a human resources department.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to think creatively.
- Able to solve problems effectively, even in stressful or timely matters.
- Operate and navigate a computer (laptop, tablets, etc.) and Microsoft Office software as well as other office equipment.
- Pass a criminal/registry background check.
- Pass and maintain required training.
- Possess a valid driver’s license, proof of liability insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
- Experience with 245D training is preferred.
- Hourly rate range: $22-$24, DOQ
- Ability to earn up to 80 hours of PTO per year
