Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our food service team. As a Food Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations by accurately preparing orders, coordinating with delivery providers, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include preparing and assembling food items, cooking fries, burgers, and other food items, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. Additionally, you will collaborate with fellow team members to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
Our restaurant is located in a facility with multiple restaurants. We operate multiple brands out of our kitchen, which is non-customer facing and fulfills delivery and pickup orders that are placed online.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old and available to work until 2:30am
- Reliable, outgoing, and high energy.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and review orders from delivery providers.
- Prepare and assemble food orders accurately and efficiently.
- Cook fries and dress and cook burgers according to established recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining areas, and food preparation stations.
- Collaborate with runners or drivers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Provide exceptional service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
