The Role
We're seeking an experienced Bench Jeweler to join our team. As one of our Bench Jewelers, you'll be responsible for creating and repairing fine jewelry while upholding our standards for quality and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Repair, resize, and restore jewelry using proper techniques and tools
- Set stones with precision and care
- Perform routine maintenance including cleaning, polishing, and stone tightening
- Communicate effectively with Sales Professionals about repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Stay current with jewelry-making trends and techniques
Qualifications
- 5 years experience as a bench jeweler
- Proficiency in various jewelry-making techniques including soldering, stone setting, and metal fabrication
- Experience with different precious metals and gemstones
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Portfolio of previous work preferred
