entry level to career-changers to experienced career professionals. What unites our Mazda Service team

Examples of Duties (Illustrative Only):
• Place priority on handling incoming phone calls as well as performing outgoing daily follow up
calls. Direct any negative follow-up responses to the Mazda Service Director immediately.
• Perform outgoing deferred service contacts and use the tools provided to sell / schedule the
guest back in to have those deferred services performed.
• Assist the Service Advisor staff as needed.
• Schedule service appointments as necessary.
• Perform Fill-in advisor duties when requested.
• Open and close MCVP loaner vehicle contracts using TSD Drive software.
• Schedule Lyft ride sharing as needed.
• Light porter duties to include parking and redelivery of guests’ vehicles, as well as pick-up and
delivery to a guest’s home as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Mazda Service Director or PMMC Senior Management.
