What are the responsibilities and job description for the Law Clerk position at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP?
Under the supervision of the Managing Attorney, Assistant Managing Attorney and the general direction of the Managing Clerk, the Law Clerk serves legal documents, prepares the required affidavits of service and files papers in courts, government offices and by electronic means. In addition they will conduct research of court dockets, motion calendars, court files, and answers routine calendar calls at various courts around the city. The Law Clerk will be required to work overtime and become a notary public.
Responsibilities :
- File and serve legal documents (electronically and at the local courts).
- Monitor court cases.
- Electronically process attorney admission applications.
- Interact daily with court personnel and attorneys.

This is a hybrid role which requires in-office attendance in accordance with the schedule set forth by the department. A hybrid schedule is an essential function of this role.
Salary :
