Paul, Weiss is seeking a specialized transactional attorney to join its growing transactional practice group dedicated to servicing a major private equity firm. The Specialized Attorney will be primarily responsible for day-to-day transactional support.
Responsibilities :
- Review and negotiation of the following legal documents :
- Non-Reliance Letters
- Engagement Letters (including coordination with outside counsel and various listservs)
- Tax Representation Letters
- Compliance Letters (coordination with controllers and risk compliance)
- Internal Legal Letters (coordination with Litigation and Regulation group)
- Schedules to Master Confidentiality Agreements
- Derivative Trade Confirmations (coordination with PW counsel as necessary)
- Other bespoke legal documents
- Processing Credit Vendor Non-Disclosure Agreements ("NDAs")
- Assisting Operations team and Paralegal team to complete the medallion guarantee process for stock powers
- Other bespoke legal tasks and assignments
Qualifications :
This is a hybrid role which requires in-office attendance in accordance with the schedule set forth by the department. A hybrid schedule is an essential function of this role.
Salary :
125,000 - $150,000. Paul, Weiss offers competitive compensation and benefits packages. The firm considers a number of factors when determining compensation, including, but not limited to, education, years of experience, levels of experience, competency levels and other relevant skills and qualifications

Attendance Requirements : Standard attorney work hours plus any additional hours needed to service the client's needs.
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
