They are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives on structure and loves keeping teams organized.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Buildertrend software and ensure project timelines, schedules, and documents are up-to-date.
- Maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to keep projects running efficiently.
- Conduct twice-weekly site visits for project updates, progress photos, and quality control.
- Support field teams and leadership with scheduling, reporting, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring all necessary permits, insurance documents, and contracts are in place.
- Assist with OSHA compliance by maintaining weekly safety logs.
- Maintain strong communication with the Site Supervisor / Lead Carpenter and ensure seamless coordination between field and office operations.
- Organize documentation for inspections, change orders, and project closeouts.
