What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Teller position at Pavillion Bank?
As a teller, you will provide exceptional customer service and spend your time working with our most important asset, our customers. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks: customer service; processing account transactions effectively; maintaining a cash drawer; listening carefully to customers and escalating issues as needed. You will also be expected to follow proper procedures which minimize risk, errors, and fraud.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk or hear, stand and use hands, and also occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

- Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:45 A.M. - 12:00 P.M., and Saturday: 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. 20-25 hours per week.
- All qualified candidates will need to pass a CREDIT and BACKGROUND CHECK.

- Provide prompt and courteous service to customers while processing transactions and answering questions.
- Communicate information clearly and effectively while maintaining a friendly and welcoming disposition toward customers and co-workers.
- Handle account modifications, inquiries, and research requests through phone, mail, fax, email, and in person.
- Comprehensive knowledge of personal computer, Excel and Word
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Any ad hoc responsibilities that will help keep the branch organized
- Perform all duties in compliance with laws, regulations and bank policies and procedures.
- Adherence to the bank’s security policies while maintaining confidentiality of bank records and client information.
- High School Degree or equivalent and 1 years of experience in teller, sales, cashiering, or customer service.
