As a Pay-Less Furniture Client Retention Specialist, you will be:
- Working with customers that have past due accounts
- Making contact via phone, text, or home visit with past due customers
- Negotiating with past due customers to make payment arrangements, or in the case that payment arrangements cannot be made, to schedule return of merchandise
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion
- Must have Driver's License and clean driving record
- This position is bonus eligible
