As an Hourly Office Administrator for our Picco Office in Deer Park Texas, you will contribute to our team by:
- Developing and maintaining customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.
- Supporting day-to-day operations by performing administrative tasks for manager, department, or team.
- Ensuring appropriate document control and compliance
- Pre-employment processing
- Familiar with DISA and HASC requirements
- Good communication skills
- Must be willing to cross train and support numerous jobsite requirements
What you will bring to the role:
- High school diploma.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree, diploma or certificate in office administration program is considered an asset.
- 1 year of experience in an administrative role or equivalent technical experience.
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills and follow-through.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to effectively handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to create, edit, proofread, and format documents/presentations.
- Basic skills in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, and OneNote.
