• Ideal candidate is responsible for assisting in the monitoring of the overall outflow of capital for Peak Management.
• Duties will include live audit and approval of all bills in Rent Manager; cut and mail checks for all the vendors; online payments to vendors & utilities; processing of security deposit refunds; and credit card reconciliation.
• Must have the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment as well as excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
