Major Duties
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Director of the program.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel itineraries.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms to promote the program.
- Generate engaging content for social media posts, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns and strategies to increase awareness and utilization of government-owned facilities.
- Organize events, workshops, and seminars related to the program.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (3 years) as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant similar role handling communication with key stakeholders and social media.
- Experience in the real estate industry, with knowledge of industry terminology.
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and social media management tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking with the ability to propose innovative ideas for marketing and promotion.
- Rate: $34.00 per hour
- Length of Engagement: 3 months (temp-to-perm)
- Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
- Location: Austin, TX 78701
