Major Duties
Provide high-level administrative support to the Director of the program.
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel itineraries.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms to promote the program.
Generate engaging content for social media posts, newsletters, and marketing materials.
Assist in developing marketing campaigns and strategies to increase awareness and utilization of government-owned facilities.
Organize events, workshops, and seminars related to the program.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Proven experience (3 years) as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant similar role handling communication with key stakeholders and social media.
Experience in the real estate industry, with knowledge of industry terminology.
Strong proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and social media management tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking with the ability to propose innovative ideas for marketing and promotion.
Exciting Opportunity Details
Rate: $34.00 per hour
Length of Engagement: 3 months (temp-to-perm)
Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
