Medical Practice Manager

Seeking an experienced medical practice administrator to manage the day to day operations of busy pediatric practice, overseeing both clinical and financial aspects of the practice. An ideal candidate would have strong financial and accounting skills as well as leadership skills. Duties to include working closely with partners in this physician-owned practice to ensure that processes are consistent with the highest standards of patient care and work flow is maximally efficient.

Responsibilities:
-Optimize productivity within budgetary guidelines and seeking new ways into increase revenue.
-Ensure overall compliance relating to billing, staff behaviors, vaccine inventory and audit processes.
-Handle customer complaints and proactively address issues to ensure a family-centered environment.
-Oversee medical assistants and administrative/clerical staff, and create staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffing level for two office locations.
-Motivate staff, monitor staff performance and hold staff accountable.
-Conduct performance reviews of staff.
-Develop procedures and protocols as needed.
-Develop marketing strategies to grow practice.

Education and experience:
-Bachelors degree and a minimum of 2 years management experience in a healthcare environment is required
-Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are required
-Proficiency with word processing/spreadsheets and generating reports

-Proficiency with EMR and payroll programs

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
