What are the responsibilities and job description for the PSR - Patient Service Representative position at Pediatric Specialists of Tulsa?
We are seeking a friendly and organized Patient Service Representative to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will work at the front desk of our medical office and assist our patients and other visitors. Your primary job duties will include greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, directing messages appropriately and accurately, collecting patient payments, processing/scanning paperwork and faxes. You will also help keep our records and work areas clean and organized, as well as ensure our office provides a welcoming environment for our patients. Must be team oriented, have excellent people skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
