Construction Safety Manager

We are seeking a Safety Manager to join our Client's growing construction company and lead safety efforts across all job sites. This role is vital in maintaining compliance, policies, improving workplace safety, and fostering a culture of safety excellence.

The Role:

• Conduct daily safety inspections of employees and job sites.
• Develop, manage, and maintain safety and health policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Facilitate safety trainings and proactively identify training needs.
• Identify site safety hazards, ensure compliance, and implement improvements.
• Investigate incidents and mitigate risks through prevention strategies.
• Manage PPE inventory and ensure proper usage.
• Oversee subcontractor health and safety practices.
• Build relationships with Midwest Occupational Medicine to manage accidents, injuries, and workers' compensation cases.

Qualifications:

• Certified/Associate Safety Professional Credential strongly preferred
• Construction and safe work practice knowledge
• Strong comfort with OSHA reporting and regulations
