We are searching for an experienced, positive and enthusiastic Dispatch and Routing Supervisor to join our team! This position primarily assists the Dispatch Managers and takes on a lead role in assuring the effective and efficient routing and scheduling for PWS Operations. We have a high priority of promoting from within as well!

Responsibilities:

Direct drivers to perform pick-ups and deliveries in an efficient and effective manner

Enter accurate and timely dispatches and updates

Evaluate and improve to effectiveness of routes using computer software

Assist in the scheduling of employees to assure proper staffing levels

Attend regular training and educational programs related to dispatching and routing

Accurately complete required forms, documents, reports, records, etc.
Qualifications:
-
Possess or the ability to obtain a Wisconsin Commercial Driver's License (Class B)
- Ability to change or create routes in all divisions to improve efficiency

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Encore, electronic calendars, etc

Ability to effectively provide leadership supervision in the dispatch office

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Willing to undergo a drug screening in accordance with local law/regulations
