Job Description
Pennybyrn has an opportunity for a Part-time Receptionist.
This position works within our Independent Living neighborhood and maintains the primary communication center of the organization, greets residents and visitors, operates the switchboard, and provides clerical support. The schedule is every Wednesday & Friday from 4:00PM - 8:00PM, and every other weekend from 4:00PM - 8:00PM. Additional hours on an as needed basis.
Candidates must have the utmost professional and conservative demeanor, have a cheerful and outgoing personality, the ability to make a fantastic first impression, be very dependable, and have excellent multi-tasking skills. Exceptional written and verbal skills & proficiency with office equipment and computers (Microsoft office suite) is required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in customer service and/or administrative support, working directly with the public, and a desire to work with the Senior population.
