Multifamily Estimator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects in the building industry.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven work experience as an Estimator in the construction or building industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.

**Responsibilities:**
- Review project documents and specifications to understand project scope and requirements.
- Analyze blueprints, drawings, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess project needs and develop detailed cost proposals.
- Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids.
- Prepare and submit project bids or proposals.
- Identify cost-saving measures and potential value engineering options.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and other documentation.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on cost management strategies.
