As a Maintenance Technician, you will be essential in ensuring the optimal functioning of facilities through your expertise in mechanical knowledge and maintenance practices. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will utilize your core skills in HVAC, electrical systems, and schematics to perform repairs and preventive maintenance.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
- Evaluate systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
- Assess building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules.
- Develop maintenance procedures.
- Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Some outdoor work may be required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
