Position title: Release Manager
Location: Sierra Vista, AZ
Clearance level: Secret
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the planning and implementation of the NetOps tools sustaining NetOps capabilities from the DoDIN-A and help ensure effective NetOps capability integration in support of the NetOps DoDIN-A mission.
- Apply ITIL® based business processes and service management standards and requirements as identified in ISO 20000 in a Department of Defense (DoD) operational environment, as per the Defense Enterprise Service Management Framework (DESMF) and the Army Enterprise Service Management Framework (AESMF).
- Apply Continual Service Improvement (CSI) principles to assist in measuring effectiveness and efficiency of the CCRM processes and update configuration items for publication.
- Support implementation and standardization of enterprise CCRM processes in support of enterprise initiatives.
- Update the enterprise draft CCRM processes for Prime approval and further update based on lessons learned, in accordance with NETCOM mission requirements.
- Complete development of all requisite artifacts and draft documentation involved to operationalize these activities for Prime approval.
- Recommend for Prime approval all changes to ITIL® Key Performance Indicators and operational metrics used to track performance of the processes.
- Implement and update the Continuous Service Improvement Program for each process.
- Support the integration of the CCRM processes with identified C4IM Services and NetOps capabilities.
Qualifications

5-8 years of relevant experience.

Enterprise Change, Configuration, and Release Management (CCRM) processes and procedures. All positions are required to have working knowledge of CCRM, in addition to:

A working knowledge of NetOps including hands-on experience with how NetOps products and services interrelate, and experience working with enterprise NetOps concepts.

Understanding of ITIL® based business processes, service management standards and requirements as identified in ISO 20000 and Continual Service Improvement (CSI) principles, and ITIL® Foundations certification and ITIL® Intermediate Service Transition Lifecycle certifications.

BA/BS or equivalent

Must be IAT III certified (CASP, CCNP, CISA, CISSP etc.)

Must have Computer Environment Certification, ITIL
