Description

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service including engaging customers about their financial needs and our services. Recommend and open appropriate accounts and related services. Discuss loan needs and process consumer loan applications. Recommend other appropriate products and services offered by Peoples Bank and make referrals to business partners. Supports Peoples Bank goals, mission statement, new initiatives, and customer-focused sales culture.

Qualifications


Required Education/Knowledge:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One to three years of experience in branch banking, retail sales or general customer service

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with both customer and employees.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong sales skills and ability to assess customer needs and identify appropriate cross-sales opportunities.
  • Basic math skills
  • Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
