Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking an experienced Command and Control Collaboration Integration Analyst to work at MARFORPAC, on-site at Camp Smith, HI. The primary focus of this role is to support MARFORPAC Information Knowledge Managment (IKM) Section and Headquarters IT Services (HITS) Branch to identify, document, coordinate and evaluate C2 capabilities, systems, and services necessary to share critical information generated by command staff.

Candidate must have a wide range of knowledge and understanding of C2 mission systems (e.g., GCCS, C2PC, JDOCS, etc.) and KM systems (SharePoint, C2IE, CAS). In addition, support development and publishing of the Information Management Plan (IMP), Primary, Alternate, Contingent, Emergency (PACE) Plan and Information Management Annex (Annex U) for all MARFORPAC operational and exercise orders and plans. 

Responsibilities:

• Catalog IT capabilities, systems, and services related to C2. Exercises technical and administrative awareness for planning, programming, developing, implementing, executing, and evaluating C2 capabilities, systems, and services.
• Integrate and support SharePoint solutions within the Commands information architecture, including integration of Command & Control (C2) systems with other collaborative systems and applications.
• Coordinate with Knowledge Management Section for reporting and publishing procedures for C2 related reports, products, and support items as required.
• Support SharePoint content and data migrations and assist IKM Section in Information Management related battle rhythm events.
• Support development of Information Management (IM) processes, and information exchange requirements (IERs).
• Determines IERs that impact networks, systems, and applications required to plan for an effective integrated collaborative C2 systems architecture.
• Ensure compliance with USMC information management and security procedures used to share quality information through use of various capabilities.
• Manage C2 Exercise and operational Integration and collaboration efforts.
• Collect technical C2 information required to support tactical operations in a format that promotes understanding to support timely decisions to satisfy CCIRs. 
• Create and maintain a C2 systems glossary / matrix with name, section owner type of network, purpose, and description of each.
• Possess expertise in IT life cycle, performance management and measurement methods, concepts, tools, and techniques used to manage network, server, workstation, and peripheral devices in enterprise networks.
• Work with both technical and non-technical audiences and communicate complex technical concepts at the executive level.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5, will consider HS 12-14 years experience. 
• Understanding of C2 mission systems (e.g., GCCS, C2PC, JDOCS, etc.) and KM systems (SharePoint, C2IE, CAS).
• Experience working with the Department of Defense.
• Ability to brief senior military staff.
• Must have DOD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
