- Experience in auditing financial lending processes and policies.
- Knowledge of federal and state consumer financial laws (UDAAP, Truth in Lending - TILA, Truth in Advertising, ECOA, Consumer Harm, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Lending Act, Regulation E, Regulation Z).
