Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Embalmer to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as the ability to provide bereavement support to families during their time of loss. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care and respect for the deceased.
Responsibilities
· Caring and professional preparation of deceased loved ones for funeral, burial and/or cremation services. This includes embalming, dressing, cosmetics, hairdressing, restorative arts, etc.
· Transportation of decedents into the care of the funeral home.
· Record keeping for all decedents in our care.
. Assistance with funeral and memorial services.
Successful applicants will:
· Embalming License ( Texas Required)
· Be able to lift 100 lbs. and team lift 250 lbs. or more.
· Stand for long periods of time.
· Possess basic computer skills in programs such as Word and Excell.

· Embalmer (2 year)
License/Certification:
· Driver's License (Required)
· Embalming License ( Texas Required)

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
