Food and Beverage Manager

Position Summary:

Unique, Independent Hotel located in a beautiful scenic area has an exciting opportunity for a General Manager of Food and Beverage. This position will be responsible for oversight of booking and the successful operation meeting and convention space, dining room, in-house room service and lounge services. This individual will be accountable for proactively soliciting transient/ group catering opportunities and the administration, planning and execution of all Food and Beverage department operations. This includes establishing and maintaining quality product and service levels while maximizing profits, forecasting, budgeting, selecting, training and developing a team of over 50 associates. We are seeking an individual to develop relationships within the community and help expand the customer base.

• Have 3 years experience in full service hotel management position

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
