Bilingual A Plus (English/Spanish)
The ideal candidate must be friendly, energetic, upbeat and have excellent customer service skills. Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
· Achieve high levels of sales performance and results.
· Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping of sales floor and stock room.
· Provide prompt, attentive and knowledgeable assistance to all customers.-Assist in the daily operations of the store as assigned by the Manager.
· Able to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs (including evenings and weekends)
· Process sales transactions utilizing POS system.
Qualifications:
· Experience dealing with the public
· Experience dealing with customers in a retail sales environment
· 6 months experience of retail sales
· 6 months experience in a competitive selling environment (not self service)
· Strong interpersonal and communications skills
· Very strong sales skills
· Desires to earn maximum bonuses and incentives
· Persuasive and friendly
· Self-motivated and self confident
