We are a growing U.S Retail Company dedicated to the sale of Designers Fragrances.
Currently, we have 44 stores in 15 different states in the U.S, Canada and Puerto Rico.
The ideal candidate must be friendly, energetic, upbeat and have excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities :
-Achieve high levels of sales performance and results.
-Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping of sales floor and stock room.
-Provide prompt, attentive and knowledgeable assistance to all customers.
-Assist in the daily operations of the store as assigned by the Manager.
-Process sales transactions utilizing POS system.
-Assist in maintaining standards of the back of the store: stock room, lockers, kitchen, bathroom, etc
Qualifications :
-Experience dealing with the public.
-Six months sales experience of retail experience in a competitive selling environment (not self service)
-Strong interpersonal and communications skills
-Very strong sales skills
-Eager to earn maximum bonuses and incentives
-Persuasive and friendly
-Excellent client service, communication and organizational skills
-Arithmetic skills
-Excellent attention to detail required
Requirements:
-Availability to work flexible days/nights/hours, weekends, holidays and key weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s
-Operate the POS
-On a regular basis, requires the ability to stand, bend and lift 35 lb. merchandise for a full scheduled shift.
-Work in a fragrance filled environment-Handle cosmetic products-Bend and stretch to stock shelves
-Claimb Ladders. ( 3 step ladders)
Compensation:
We offer competitive Hourly Rate Sales Commissions and Incentives.
