What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Business Analyst position at Peri & Sons Farms?
Peri & Sons Farms is seeking applications for a full-time BUSINESS Analyst in Yerington, NV. This is a hybrid position (partially remote; partially in-office).
Position Summary:
This position performs varied administrative functions to support the company’s H-2A guest worker program. Some of the job functions include:
Acquires and possesses familiarity the company’s H-2A guest worker visa program, including H-2A regulations, program logistics and workflows, and program software.
- Assists with the coordination of H-2A program logistics, including transportation, meal service, and housing for workers.
- Assists with recruitment of workers; communicates with other departments to determine timing and quantity of labor needs; coordinates or prepares worker lists and performs other functions attendant to employing the workers.
- Processes, tracks, and follows up on workers’ temporary leave requests, separations, and re-hire eligibility determinations.
- Uses Excel and other software to track, store, and use data; interprets, analyzes, and presents conclusions from data to support program operations and improvements.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Two or more years of experience in any business support role.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger; handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee may occasionally lift and or move objects that can weigh up to 25 pounds. Specific vision required to perform this job includes close vision and the ability to adjust focus. It is required to possess the ability to travel regularly to all facilities via air and/or automobile. Other physical demands may be required of this position. There are some considerable risks if safety procedures are not followed. This position primarily works in an office setting but may occasionally need to be present in a field or shop setting.
Compensation:
